Install a tilt sensor switch on wireless keyboards or mouses, the tilt sensor will keep at ON/OFF signal when the devices are not in use, then the devices will turn to sleep mode to save the power.  When users using the devices, the tilt sensor will be triggered on and the devices will be returned to work mode.
