Install a tilt sensor on smart meters to provide an anti-tamper function.  Once the smart meter is being destroyed or opened by someone, the tilt sensor will be triggered on and provide high/low signal change to launch alarm system.  Meanwhile, maintenance staff is available to know which device is tilted or loose to repair it at the first timing.
